On Tuesday, Russell Mann, who faces two accessory to kidnapping charges, was still scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 3 p.m. on Friday in Chase County Court before Judge Edward Steenburg.
German and Carter are being held without bond in the Lincoln County Jail in North Platte.
Mann remains in the Chase County Jail on $200,000 bond.
