County’s 4-H Carvival takes on a ‘Glow Big Red’ theme

The new expo hall at the Chase County Fairgrounds was packed on Friday for the annual 4-H Carnival.
Family members of all ages gathered to take part in the carnival’s fun atmosphere.
4-H clubs and independent 4-H families decorated carnival games where kids played to win prizes. The theme this year was “Glow Big Red,” celebrating the 150th birthday of UNL.
There was a game for everyone including the popular Cake Walk, Pig Races and Plinko. The Country Store had a variety of baked goodies, popcorn and homemade items to purchase.
