Council approves annual mayoral appointments

The Imperial City Council covered a number of agenda items on Monday.
One item was the approval of mayor-appointed officials, depositories, boards, commissions and committees.
There were seven city officials reappointed, along with five depositories and 15 members to boards/committees approved.
There are still two board seats open, including a spot on the Park and Tree Commission, left vacant by Scott Way, and a spot on the Cemetery Board.
