Christmas Day dinner on after chairmen found

It may be a bit of a short notice, but the annual Christmas Day dinner at the Imperial Eagles Club is back on.
Pastor Melody Newman of United Methodist Church said Brad and Jill Moline have stepped forward to chair the event Tuesday on Christmas Day.
The traditional turkey dinner, coordinated by the Chase County Ministerial Association, will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at no charge.
Newman said she really appreciates the Molines stepping forward. She was contacted by them late Tuesday last week.
“The Molines do a lot for the community. They have again stepped up for those who might not otherwise have a Christmas dinner or who are alone,” Newman said.
