Annual Easter Egg Hunt is approaching

City park is site for April 13 event

The Imperial Lions Club will be sponsoring the Easter Egg Hunt for the fourth year on Saturday, April 13.
The hunt will take place at the Imperial City Park on West 6th St. beginning at 1 p.m.
“We will blow the whistle to start the hunt at 1 p.m. sharp,” said Emma Jenkins, Lions Club president. “Once the whistle blows, it’s over fast, so be sure to be there before 1 p.m. or you’ll miss out.”
There will be approximately 4,500 eggs filled with candy, toys and quarters hidden in different locations around the park, she said.
