VFW Auxiliary Red, White, Blue 3-Person Scramble draws 19 teams

    Richard Noble, Jenny Noble, Mike Foor shot a tournament-low 88 to win the mixed team flight of VFW Auxiliary Red, White & Blue 3-Person Scramble Enders Lake Golf Course.
    Art Luhrs, Nic Luhrs and Michael Gardner teamed up to win the men’s teams championship flight after a two-hole playoff.
    The threesome tied with Rick Einspahr, Jim Knotwell and Jess Vapenik with scores of 89, nine strokes better than the two teams that tied for men’s championship flight third place.
    In first round play, all players use red tees; second round, white tees and third round, blue tees.
    Nineteen teams were at play in the VFW Ladies Auxiliary-sponsored tourney.
