Imperial top seed for Senior districts

The Imperial Senior Legion baseball team will be the top seed in the upcoming Area 7 District Tournament at Bridgeport.
Imperial enters the tourney with an 11-3 record, the only winning record in the district.
Valentine (7-8) is seeded second, Sheridan County (5-10) third, Hershland (4-8) fourth, Carl Heath Curtis/Maywood (4-10) fifth and Bridgeport (4-14) sixth.
Peterson said game times will be 2:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Bridgeport is choosing to take whichever game time they want to, usually the late game, so game times will be set as the tournament goes on.
The Senior Legion state tournament will be July 31-Aug. 5 in Palmer.
