Kelsey Steinkraus joins Wauneta’s Beauty Bar

Kelsey Steinkraus has joined the staff at the Beauty Bar in Wauneta.
She said the pairing happened by pure luck.
After finishing cosmetology school in November, she didn’t have a definite plan, but hit it off with the Beauty Bar owner Crystal Walgren.
    “I stopped to talk to her one evening—not even about a job—and the more we talked the better of a fit it felt like it was going to be,” Steinkraus said.
    “I have a strong appreciation for women who support other women and Crystal (along with Allison Ellicot and Sabrina Sandoval) does just that,” she added.
Walgren said she’s very happy to have Steinkraus on her team and is looking forward to what Steinkraus and her clients bring to Wauneta.
“This is a great opportunity for Kelsey and the Beauty Bar,” Walgren said.
Walgren said Steinkraus will be working the following hours:, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Fridays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturdays by appointment.
    “I’m excited to be a part of the Beauty Bar and really grateful for the people who have come to me for services so far. It’s fun to be a part of a team that is in the business of making people feel good,” Steinkraus said.
Steinkraus offers colors, haircuts, scalp treatments, acrylics, dip and gel manicures, pedicures, waxing and ear piercing.
