Hayden Outdoors is highlighted for March

The Chamber of Commerce chose Hayden Outdoors for its March Business of the Month.
Hayden Outdoors, LLC is a real estate brokerage service that specializes in promoting the sale of land, ranches, recreational properties, farms, rural luxury homes, waterfront properties, hunting land and more since 1976.
The Imperial office of Hayden Outdoors was opened three years ago and is manned by real estate agents Clay and Melisa Owens and Todd Siverson.
The local office is part of a large company that has 127 agents covering 21 states, Clay Owens said.
Between the three of them, they are available to handle properties in four states.
Siverson is a licensed realtor in Nebraska and Kansas.
Clay is licensed in Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming, while Melisa is licensed in Colorado and Nebraska.
Even though the business primarily deals with farm, ranch and recreation properties, they do handle residential and commercial properties, as well, he added.
“The biggest thing to know and understand is the power of our marketing through massive internet exposure and a television program that airs on RFD TV,” Owens said.
The business office is currently located at 681 E. 3rd Street, but they will be vacating that building at some point.
“Once we are out of our current building, we will be in a kind of limbo, location-wise, temporarily. But we will be building a new office at the corner of Highway 61 and 2nd Street—hopefully it will be done in July,” Owens said.
In the meantime, all three Hayden Outdoors’ realtors will remain available by phone.
