PCMag recognizes Allo

    When it comes to overall internet speeds offered by internet service providers (ISPs), Allo Communications, based in Imperial, is among the nation’s best.
    In a comparison of ISPs by PCMag, Allo ranked fifth fastest in the United States. Google Fiber holds the top honor.
    Amongst 13 north central states, Allo offers the second fastest internet speeds, again second only to Google.
    Allo, a Nelnet company, operates an all-fiber network that allows them to offer internet speeds up to 1 gigabit in the communities they serve.
    Their standard offering now starts at 300 megabits per second for both downloads and uploads.
    Allo operates in Scottsbluff, Bridgeport, Ogallala, North Platte and is in the midst of over-building Lincoln with a fiber network.
