Manor, Parkview Heights named Chamber’s first Business of Month

■ Editor’s note: The Imperial Chamber of Commerce has begun selecting a Business of the Month, which will be identified each month with a banner. Selection will be made at the monthly Chamber meetings, and this newspaper will feature a story on that busin

    The Imperial Manor opened in April 1968, undergoing updates and additions since then.
    Parkview Heights was added as an independent living/assisted living facility in 1995.
    “We are lucky to have a nice nursing home in our town,” said Administrator Eric Haider.
    “Our goal is to provide the best possible care to our residents with the lowest cost and provide the best place to work for our staff,” he said.
    There are three services offered at The Imperial Manor and Parkview Heights. Parkview Heights has independent living as well as assisted living, where they are licensed for 49 beds. The manor is for those who need complete assistance, where they are licensed for 38 beds.
