Local Rob-See-Co rep earns Builder Award

    Dave Oxford, a Direct Sales Representative for Rob-See-Co, was among the 2019 company Builder Award recipients at their summer kickoff meeting in Omaha July 23-24.
    According to company officials, the Rob-See-Co Builder Awards are given every year to those reps who have done an outstanding job in some aspect of building their Rob-See-Co territory.
    “Whether it’s building the presence of what we stand for as an independent seed company, building relationships with growers or building up the community with active involvement and sponsorship,”  said Jeff Dilbeck, Rob-See-Co’s Chief Commercial Officer.
    The Omaha meeting  “kicked off” the new sales year for Rob-See-Co—presenting what the company has to offer. This year, the Enlist E3 Soybean system was a hot topic as well as Rob-See-Co’s Fortify soybean treatment and bulk opportunities for business associates and growers, he said.
    There was also a lot of discussion with final EU approval of Agrisure Duracade, which achieved full approval the week after the meeting was held.  
    “Agrisure Duracade is the most exciting corn trait available to corn growers, especially in fighting corn rootworm,” said Dilbeck.  
    Also discussed was the company’s growing presence on social media and how those tools can be used to help communicate to growers in a timely manner.
