Lateral move by local AgWest staff member to head land broker division
AgWest Land Brokers, located at 101 Holland Street in Imperial, shares an office with its sister company AgWest Commodities.
Todd Siverson received his Nebraska real estate license a month ago, he said. At that time, he transitioned from commodities to land broker for AgWest and will manage the real estate side of the Imperial office.
He is presently becoming acclimated to the broker side of the business—sending out letters and introducing himself in his new position, he said.
“This is a people-oriented business. Relationship building is a process,” Siverson said.
