Jeopardy game highlights fun at city dinner

The City of Imperial held their annual appreciation dinner at Broadway Steakhouse Saturday night to recognize those who work for the city and those who serve on the city’s various committees. The evening was highlighted by current and former council members playing a localized version of Jeopardy. The board featured a variety of questions about city boards and operations. Mayor Dwight Coleman,  above left, prevailed as the winner. Other council members playing included Charlesa Kline, Doug Gaswick and John Arterburn. Jason Tuller served as Imperial’s own Alex Trebek. Winners of Imperial’s outstanding citizens were also recognized, including outstanding youth Hayley Vitosh, pictured middle, and outstanding adult, Jill Moline, below. (Johnson Publications photos)
