Hear Nebraska concert tour features state's artists

This year’s Hear Nebraska concert tour marked the fourth time in as many years that the organization has brought their music to Imperial. The event coincided with the Chamber’s Smokin’ on Broadway event June 23. Hear Nebraska features Nebraska artists and bands. The first band to appear was Salt Creek, top, based out of Lincoln. The group just finished a new album and tour nationally. Cozad native Kait Berreckman, second from top, brought her folk-rock mix of music to the stage. DJ Bad Candy of Omaha, second from bottom, mixes music tracks for recording artists and travels the world sharing his craft.
