Good turnout for county building open house

County employees and commissioners enjoyed cookies and coffee with the public last week in Chase County’s newest building.
Kuenning, the 4-H Extension Educator and Unit Leader for Chase and Perkins Counties, guessed that 50-60 people came to the open house last Friday morning.
“We were very pleased with the turnout,” Kuenning said. “It was a really good day and we welcome anybody back.”
Kuenning and fellow Extension Office employee Connie Griess were the organizers of the event.
