Farm Credit Services to hold open house Friday

Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) moved into their new facility the first of September, and staff is ready to show off the facility to the public.
The staff is hosting an open house this Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to celebrate the completion of the financial cooperative’s new office in Imperial.
The public is invited to take a tour of the new facility and enjoy refreshments while staff on hand will answer any questions.
The new building is located at 686 E. 3rd Street and is 6,656 square feet, two and a half times larger than the previous location, with plenty of room to accommodate 10 staff members and customers, with choices of conference rooms for varying sizes of groups.
“We have appreciated the community’s support of Farm Credit Services of America over the years,” said Mitchell Korf, Regional Vice President at FCSAmerica’s retail office in Imperial.
“Investing in our facilities so our team members can provide the service and expertise our customers expect is one of the many ways we are supporting the future of the agricultural industry in the Western Nebraska Region,” he said.
FCSAmerica is a customer-owned financial cooperative that finances the growth of rural America, including the special needs of young and beginning producers.
“We hope everyone takes this opportunity to see our new local office firsthand,” Korf said. “The open house is our way of saying thank-you to our community and the farmers and ranchers who are our valued customer-owners,” he said.
