Crazy Cow Cafe now open for business Tuesdays at sale barn

    Jamie Nichols of Imperial is the new manager of the Crazy Cow Cafe located at the Imperial Auction Market.
    They will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays only.
    “I will offer a different home-cooked meal each week as a lunch special,” said Nichols.
    The cafe will always serve hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and chicken strips every week, as well, she added.
    “We will not be open the next two Tuesdays on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. But we will re-open again on Jan. 7, 2020,” Nichols said.

    Nichols is married to Chase, and the couple have two children, a boy and a girl, who attend Chase County Schools.
    Crazy Cow Cafe opened at Imperial Auction Market after MorningStar Cafe relocated.
