Bank makes double donation

Sandhills State Bank made a double donation Tuesday to a pair of local recipients when both Chase County Community Hospital (CCCH) and the Imperial Community Foundation Fund (ICFF) received separate checks for $1,000. Elizabeth Haarberg, chair of the ICFF advisory committee, and Deb Hrcka, the hospital foundation’s asst. executive director, both said they were grateful for the bank’s support. Hrcka said their funds will go to the new digital x-ray machine. Haarberg said their donation will receive a 50% match from the Sherwood Foundation for the ICFF’s current unrestricted endowment campaign.
