WP K-8 successful at spelling bee

Wauneta-Palisade Schools K-8 graders traveled to Hitchcock-Hayes County Spelling Bee in Hayes Center on Feb. 22. They brought back some top awards including Kamryn Fanning, Chase County Oral Spelling Bee Champion. First graders Landry Pollmann and Kannon Frecks were awarded first and second respectively. Second grader Hadley Ott, sixth grader Barrett Frecks and seventh grader Natalie Walker, all won second place.
