Matt and Kari Moser of Imperial welcomed a girl, Oakley Cheyenne, born Oct. 25, 2021 in Grant.
She weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Welcoming her home is sister Presley.
Grandparents are Linda Moser of Imperial, Todd and Penny Benda of Ogallala and Jim Connot of Chapman. Great-grandparents are Vance and Jan Douglass of Ashby.
