Josh Hoyer & Soul Colossal free concert

Imperial Community Foundation Fund (ICFF) committee members continue a quest to expand culture in Imperial by sponsoring a fourth free concert. The award-winning five-piece band includes accomplished musicians, according to Hoyer. Joining Hoyer (keyboards/vocals) are Mike Dee (sax), James Fleege (bass), Benjamin Kushner (guitar) and Larell Ware (drums).
