Chase Evans Mandeville, infant son of James and Michelle Mandeville, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at the Wray Community Hospital, Wray, Colo.
Survivors include parents, James and Michelle Mande­ville of Wray, Colo.; grandparents, Jack and Tina Mandeville of Imperial, Neb., Tom and Robbie Pittman, Ponchatoula, La.; brother, Bryce Mandeville at home in Wray; great-grandparents, Delores Mandeville of Broken Bow, Neb., Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lamb of Osceola, Iowa, Elizabeth Lamb of Lucas, Iowa, Evans Blanchard of Metairie, La.; uncle, Sean Mandeville of York, Neb.; aunts, Monique Watson and husband, Brian, of Denham Springs, La., Missy Holmes and husband, Corey, of Wauneta, Neb., Nicole Pittman of Baton Rouge, La., Amanda Pittman of Baton Rouge, La., Victoria Pittman, Ponchatoula, La.; cousins, Mason, Dustin, Brandt, Cody and Hoyte.
A family reception was held Monday morning, Oct. 29, 2012, 10 a.m.-12 noon at the Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial, with interment following at Mount Hope Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in Chase’s memory.
