Dale Eugene Morse - May 05, 2011

Dale Eugene Morse, born April 9, 1933, in Chase County, Neb., passed away April 23, 2011, in Fort Collins, Colo. of a heart attack. Dale recently celebrated his 78th birthday.
His parents, William Leighton Morse and Elsie Ellen Smith Morse, resided in the farming community of Imperial, Neb., where Dale graduated from high school and went into farming.
Dale’s life included the Nebraska plains, Utah Canyons, and the Colorado Rockies.
Whether he was playing high school football, working in the industries of farming, law enforcement, pump servicing, sales, being a business owner or heavy equipment operator, Dale gave 100 percent. Being around Dale you couldn’t help but learn the rewards of hard work and those around him learned by his example.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Elwin.
Dale’s survivors include two sisters, Esther Lytle, Marjorie Wheeler and husband, Wesley; a brother, Lee Morse and wife, Myrth; sister-in-law, Gerietta Morse; five children; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and those in the Greeley/Fort Collins area who received Dale’s gift of friendship. All who were close to him will miss his frequent calls and visits.
For the last 25 years Dale became a student of homeopathic healing; sharing his knowledge with those who believed he could help them. The best gift of remembrance you can return to Dale, is to share your talents with those in need and for those of us he touched, pass along the gifts he gave each of us.
The family is honoring Dale’s request of no service.
