Maxine Flaack - August 27, 2009


Maxine (Bonner) Flaack was born July 20, 1917, in Chase County, Nebraska, to Milton and Opal (North) Bonner. As a young lady she graduated from Chase County High School.
Maxine married Arthur M. Flaack on Valentine’s Day Feb. 14, 1946 and to this union two children were born: Robert and Carol Ann. The couple had moved to Lakewood, Colo. before Arthur’s death in 1992.
Survivors include: son, Robert Flaack of Littleton, Colo.; daughter, Carol Ann Maffia of Canton, Ga.; granddaughter, Sheryl Ann Davenport of Woodstock, Ga.; and great grandson, Alexander Davenport of Woodstock, Ga.
Funeral services were held Monday morning, Aug. 24, 2009, at Liewer Funeral Home with Pastor Kay Alnor officiating.
Interment followed at Mount Hope Cemetery, Imperial.
A memorial has been established in Maxine’s memory.
Liewer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
