Costumes on parade for Halloween fun PDF Print E-mail

A myriad of colorful costumes graced the Longhorn gym last Thursday in the school’s parade of costumes for Halloween. Fifth grader Ben Lefdal, top left, came to school as a table this year and miraculously didn’t spill anything. It’s hard to tell who these “Muska-Tutus” are, at left, but some investigation found out they are sixth graders Lauren Prior, Chloe Dillan and Morgan Peterson who provided some humor in their get-ups. Preschoolers and their parents are also invited each year to join in the costume parade fun. At top is two-year-old Dawson Stafford, whose mom, Jennifer, made him this John Deere tractor costume out of cardboard. Four-year-old Edisyn Teply couldn’t be missed as Annie from the popular musical. She and her mom Lindsey had a good seat in the bleachers. (Johnson Publications photos)
