A Certified Public Accounting firm has moved into the Service Insurance Agency building at 409 Broadway. Ty Cox of Gifford & Cox LLC of North Platte will be in the office intermittently.
The building also houses the law office of Philip E. Pierce, an Ogallala resident. He is Imperial city attorney, and opened his Imperial office in the past year to better serve his clients in the area.
The lawyer practices general law, with no criminal defense work. He is in the office one day a week.
Service Insurance is owned by Lyle Nickerson. He worked at the company beginning in 1973, and purchased it in 1989.
Service Insurance provides property and casualty insurance, such as homeowners, auto, farm and crop insurance.
