The cast has been announced for the Lied Imperial Library’s rendition of “Pasta, Passion & Pistols,” a melodrama scheduled for Feb. 27.
Put on by the Friends of the Library, the murder mystery concerns the death of Pepi Roni, the proprietor of La Sperenza, a restaurant in New York’s Little Italy.
The cast includes Patty Fulton as Pepi’s wife; Nicole Welsh as Pepi’s daughter; Rob Browning as Pepi’s son; Dave Fulton as Pepi’s brother from Italy; Melody Newman as the  brother’s fiancee; Don Newman as the daughter’s fiance; Matthew Musgrove as an astrology advisor; and Pastor David Kahle as an Italian priest.
The public is invited to attend, quiz the suspects, enjoy some food and determine the killer.
“Pasta, Passion & Pistols” will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 27 at the library. Admission is $5. The play is geared toward adults.
