Christmas music to float through school PDF Print E-mail

The Chase County Schools grade 7-12 vocal music concert is scheduled for Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium.
Under the direction of Randy Hayes, the junior high chorus will perform a variety of songs, including a medley of popular Christmas titles.
The junior high show choir will perform a choreographed arrangement of “Jingle Bell Rock,” among other songs.
The high school chorus will also perform a variety of songs appropriate for the holiday season.
“Still, Still, Night,” an arrangement by Jackson Berkey, is an interesting version of “Silent Night,” according to Hayes.
In addition, a combination of “Lo, How a Rose E’re Blooming” and “The Rose” will feature several soloists.
Other songs include “Pat-a-Pan/Fum, Fum, Fum” and the ever popular “Carol of the Bells.”
The 9th Street Singers will perform its special, “The Christmas Shoes.”
