A photograph of a baby who would  make any parent’s heart expand took Best of Show in the Chase County Fair Photography Contest this year. The black and white photo was taken by Kelsea Pankonin of Imperial and was entered in the Emotions category.

She said the categories for next year’s contest will remain the same—childhood, summer fun, sunsets and emotions.
“I’ve received a lot of good comments about the categories,” she said.
The photographs will be displayed in the 4-H building all week during the fair. They must be picked up Sunday.
