It’s that time of year again—the Imperial and Perkins County FFA chapters are selling t-shirts for the annual Pink-Out basketball game Jan. 16 in Grant.
Proceeds benefit cancer patients in the area. Last year the Imperial FFA chapter donated $3,500 to the Chase County Hospital Foundation for use by local cancer patients.
The $12 shirts, designed this year by the Perkins County chapter, will be sold at the Jan. 10 and 14 Chase County Longhorn home basketball games.
Sizes range from youth small to adult XXXL. The shirts may be purchased from any FFA member as well as at the basketball games.
This is the fourth year the two FFA chapters have sponsored Pink-Out. Sponsor Jason Speck said local businesses have also donated to the cause.
