Farm Credit donates to Special Olympics PDF Print E-mail

Farm Credit Services of America in Imperial recently donated $325 to Special Olympics Imperial. The donation came as part of Team Fusion’s “Be a Force for Change 2013,” Farm Credit Services’ wellness challenge.
The challenge was based on points earned for every 30 minutes of workout, bonus points for working out with friends, and monthly points for additional activities.
According to “Magnificent Seven” team member Johna Jablonski, the secret to their success was to set a goal and work together as a team. “Our team started a wellness journey in January,” she said, adding that the Farm Credit Services employees have a daily walk at lunch. “It’s much easier to work out with others,” she said.
