Something new is being added to this year’s event. This year’s focus is on childhood cancer. A power point slide presentation is being developed that will feature youths from the area who have faced the challenges of cancer.
The Cancer Walk Committee is asking parents of children who have dealt with cancer to provide photos of their children for the presentation. The aim of this presentation is to honor and support young people who have faced cancer and provide a message of hope.
