Donors still sought for Monday’s
Red Cross Bloodmobile

Donors are still needed for the American Red Cross Bloodmobile July 29 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at St. Patrick’s parish hall, 740 Broadway, in Imperial.
Chairman Blair Hartman said slots are open from 2:30 to 6 p.m. In addition, volunteers are needed to unload the truck at 10:45 a.m. and to load the truck at 6:30 p.m.

CCS band members begin prep
next week for fair parade

Band Director Agnes Strand has announced the initial rehearsal for grade 7-12 band students as they prepare to march in the Chase County Fair Parade next month.
Band students will gather for rehearsal on Monday, July 29, at 1:30 p.m. in the CCS band room. Instruments should be brought to the rehearsal which will be held indoors going over the music, she said.
The parade will be held Saturday, Aug. 17, starting at 10:30 a.m.
