By Russ Pankonin The Imperial Republican Level 3 sex offender Kenneth Lee Wright, 41, has notified the Nebraska State Patrol of a change of residence in Imperial. Wright is now residing at 1751 Chase Street. A Level 3 offender, as determined by the state, is one who is a high risk to re-offend. The community law enforcement and county sheriff’s office are aware this person is in the community. Sex offender registry information shall not be used to retaliate against the registrants, their families, or their employers in any way. Vandalism, verbal or written threats of harm are illegal and will result in arrest and prosecution. |
