Young tykes introduced to kindergarten routine PDF Print E-mail

There will not be as many kindergartners brightening the halls of Chase County Schools (CCS) next year. However, the newest class seems eager to get started with the education process. Last Friday was Kindergarten Roundup at CCS, with 34 youngsters attending. Elementary Principal Pat Lane said there are a projected 46 children who may attend kindergarten next year, as compared to 68 this year. That large number for 2012-13 necessitated forming four classes. Lane said there will be three sections of kindergarten next year.
