Clarification on Mini-Health Fair lab results PDF Print E-mail

In the April 4 Imperial Republican and Wauneta Breeze, a press release provided by Chase County Community Hospital contained information relating to the Mini-Health Fair being conducted by Chase County Community Hospital April 22-30.
That article contained the following information: Once a person completes their chosen lab draws, a copy of the results will be mailed in approximately one week. It will be important for participants to keep a copy of the results and share this information with their healthcare provider. The results will only be available for 30 days to healthcare providers.
The results will only be available for 30 days to the individuals participating in the lab tests. It is important to note that healthcare providers do not have access to the results of the lab tests unless the participant shares this information during a scheduled appointment.

The following are dates and times for lab draws: April 22, 23, 24 from 6:30- 8:30 a.m. MT at Chase County Community Hospital. Lab draws will be taken at the Wauneta Clinic on April 30 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. MT.
To register for the lab draws at Chase County Community Hospital, residents can call 882-7299 from April 4 through April 23. To register for draws at the Wauneta Clinic call 394-5593 from April 4 through April 29.
