The Imperial Republican
This week’s issue of The Imperial Republican includes a punch card for the Chamber of Commerce and city of Imperial’s 2012 holiday season Shop at Home campaign.
Twenty-nine local businesses are participating in the promotion, which will award local shoppers a total of $1,000 in Chamber Bucks this December.
In order to get in on those drawings for $250, $150 and $100 each time, people are encouraged to spend their shopping dollars at home.
Each card has a total value of $200 in increments of $10, $50 and $100. Every time people shop at a participating business and spend between $10 and $100, their card will be punched.
Once the card is filled with $200 in punches, shoppers should fill out their name, address and phone number and take the card to Pinnacle Bank, Fine Things Jewelry & Gifts or the city of Imperial office.
More punch cards are available at the 29 businesses taking part. Those businesses taking part in the punch card campaign will have an identifying flyer on their window or door.
All cards in by the first drawing on Dec. 6 will be eligible for the three Chamber Bucks awards that night at the Chamber’s Christmas Festival event.
Those not chosen that night and other cards received after Dec. 6 will remain in contention for the Dec. 21 drawing.
Winners at each drawing do not have to be present, said Chamber President Jana Pribbeno.
This year’s Shop at Home campaign theme is “Making a Difference! Growing Together! Thanks for Shopping at Home!”
