Homecoming week is always a special time, and the 2012 Chase County Schools week is no different.
The week began with a different dress theme for each day. Monday was “group day.” Tuesday was “class color day,” with the seniors to dress in black, the juniors in blue, the sophomores in green, freshmen in white and faculty in orange.
Wednesday was “super hero day,” while Thursday is “crazy orange and black day.”
A pep rally will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m.
Prior to the 7 p.m. kickoff against Mitchell in the home football stadium Friday night, McNair Agency, Inc. will provide a free tailgate meal in the school parking lot.
The Homecoming king and queen will be crowned during half-time of the game.
Following the game, the Homecoming dance will be held from 9:30 p.m. to midnight in the school lobby, with Night Sounds playing.
