Adams Bank & Trust employees delivered $500 worth of school supplies in an effort to help provide needy students with school supplies.
According to Audra Schilke at the bank, people from the community brought in $250 worth of supplies including new backpacks, folders, pencils, pens, highlighters, erasers and Kleenex boxes, among other items.
That $250 was matched by $250 from the bank for a total of $500.
Students receiving the donated items are selected by the school staff.
