Trap club awards shooters at end of team league PDF Print E-mail

Members of the Plainsman Rifle and Pistol Club held their annual award shoot and supper Tuesday, July 24 at the shooting range, south of Imper­ial.
Team placings were as follows:
1st—The Farm Kid Gym. Members—Dave Hogsett, Earl Denio, Steve Grams and Robert Grams, with score of 2453.7.
2nd—Imperial Country Ford. Members—Dirk Bauerle, Duke Jaeger, Rob Schilke, Jim Elder and Matt Klingman with score of 2431.30.
3rd—Chase County Shooters. Members—Kim Silvester, Nate Jenkins, Gary Mohr, Dennis Gockley and Bernie Proskovec, with score of 2424.7.
4th—Crop Production Services. Members—Barry Marshall, Alex Marshall, Keith Regier, Cliff Lakey and Jeff Kasselman, with a score of 2386.7.
Individual awards went to Dennis Gockley for high overall with a score of 464. Dave Hogsett won high percentage with a score of 92.40 percent. Rob Schilke was most improved shooter.
Shooters hitting at least one 25 straight during the season were Kim Silvester, Dennis Gockley, Dirk Bauerle, Duke Jaeger, Cliff Lakey, Dave Hogsett, Robert Grams and Aaron Worley.
Doubles league started July 31 at 6 p.m. Singles may still be shot.
