   Dustin Weiss of Imperial recently received three awards for his work as a Farm Bureau insurance agent.
   Last week in Lincoln, at Farm Bureau’s spring meeting, Weiss was honored as the 2008 Crop Agent for both Nebraska and nationally. He was also cited as the 2008 Nebraska Life Rookie of the Year.
   Several months ago Weiss was given the 2008 Heritage Award for first-year agents. He was the 249th person to receive the award, which only three Nebraska agents have received.
   Weiss joined Farm Bureau Financial Services in Imperial on Sept. 1, 2007.
