|All types grass seed sold by Ledall Seeds|
■ Editor’s note: This is one in a series of features that will spotlight businesses in Imperial. The community has a thriving business community, and all residents may not realize the extent of services and products local businesses provide. This feature will be a regular offering throughout the year and beyond, and will include those businesses with a commercial address located outside of the home.

Ledall Seeds, owned by Gary and Brenda Ledall, is a dealer for Sharp Brothers Seed. Sharp Brothers can deliver within a week many combinations of grass seed, Gary Ledall noted.
“I can get whatever you want, from A to Z,” he smiled. Ledall sells grass, pasture-mix, turf grass, cane, Sorghum Sudan, alfalfa, Buffalo grass, wildflower and turnip seed. Grasses are both warm and cold season.
The couple started the company in Colorado in 1992. After they moved to Imperial, they formed Ledall Seeds at 103 W. 12th Street three years ago.
“People don’t know we even have it,” he observed, “that they have a source for all kinds of grass seed.”
