A possession of child pornography case was bound over to Chase County District Court at an April 28 hearing in county court.
Myron Redden, 59, of Wauneta has also been released from Chase County Jail after his bond was reduced from $25,000 to $10,000, and the necessary $1,000 was posted in his behalf.
He will appear for a district court status hearing on Aug. 25 at 9 a.m.
Court documents state that Redden “did knowingly possess visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct which has a child as one of its participants or portrayed as an observer.”
