Carroll D. Alsbury was in Chase County Court July 14, where he faced two felonies and two misdemeanor charges relating to an incident in Imperial a week earlier.
Appearing before County Judge Edward Steenburg at last week’s arraignment, Alsbury, 57, was charged with two felonies, DUI causing serious bodily injury and failure to stop and render aid.
In addition, he was charged with third degree domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor, and first offense willful reckless driving, a Class III misdemeanor.
