Easter fun comes early PDF Print E-mail

Despite the high winds and cooler temperatures, Imperial’s annual Easter Egg Hunt went on as scheduled Saturday at Campbell Park. Here, one-year-old Trinitey Ledford gets up close with the Easter Bunny, who visited with youngsters before the hunt and then posed for pictures afterwards. About 2,000 eggs were filled for the Hunt and distributed around Campbell Park. It only took about five minutes for all those eggs to be snatched up. Members of the Chamber of Commerce, Imperial Eagles Aerie and Eagles Auxiliary sponsored the Hunt, and although it was windy, it was a good day for the kids. (Republican photo)
