Homecoming activities peak this weekend for CCS students PDF Print E-mail

A week of wacky dress-up days are leading up to Friday’s Homecoming activities at Chase County Schools, which include a 2:50 p.m. pep rally in the Longhorn gym, Friday night’s home football game against Bridgeport and the crowning of a Homecoming king and queen. Candidates for the king and queen from the senior class were announced early this week and include, from left, Alec Spady, Karlee Kunnemann, Tyler Roenfeldt, Mayra Acosta, Dee Dee Pursley and Jeff Banks. The king and queen will be announced at halftime of the football game, with a formal crowning also at the Homecoming dance in the school following the game. (Republican photo)
