Paul Norman Fanning

Norm and Vanessa Fanning of Wauneta welcomed a boy, Paul Norman, born Jan. 24, 2021 at Perkins County Hospital in Grant.
He weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 19.1 inches long.
Welcoming him home are brother Harvey, age seven and sister Eliza, age four.
Grandparents are Patti and the late DeWayne Fanning of Wauneta; Jackie Jenner of Sutherland; and Kent Arnold of North Platte.
